We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• Refund Processing Timeframe: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Refund Credit Timeframe: Depending on your payment method, the refund may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged, incorrect, or does not match the description. To initiate a refund, email us at info@teenate.in with photos and order details within 3 days of receiving the product.
