Return window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

To be accepted, an item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
• In its original condition with tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Free from stains, perfume, pet hair or any signs of use

We may refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Size exchange

If the size does not fit, you can request an exchange for another size within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If your size is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, has a print or stitching defect, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and the issue
• An unboxing video, if you have one

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping.

How to request a return

1. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email within the return window with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We review your request and confirm whether it is approved, usually within 1-2 business days.
3. Once approved, we share the return or exchange instructions. Please do not ship anything back before we approve it.
4. Pack the item securely with all tags and send it as instructed.
5. After the item reaches us and passes inspection, we process your refund or send your exchange.

Return shipping

For damaged, defective or wrong items, we pay the return shipping. For size exchanges and change-of-mind returns, return shipping charges may be paid by you or deducted from your refund. We will tell you the cost before you ship anything.

Refunds

Prepaid orders: Refunds go to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the amount.

Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI. We will ask for your details when your return is approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

If your refund has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact us.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can still request a return after delivery under this policy. Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded within 5-7 business days.

Items that cannot be returned

• Items that are worn, washed, altered or missing tags
• Items returned after the 7-day window
• Custom-printed or personalised orders, unless defective
• Items bought on final sale or with a clearance discount, where this was stated at purchase
