Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel an order placed on teenate.com, which is run by The Karthik Media, operating as TEENATE.

Cancelling before your order ships

You can cancel an order at any time before it is shipped. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or by email with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation once it has been processed.

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, so please contact us quickly. The sooner you ask, the more likely we can stop the order in time.

Cancelling after your order ships

Once an order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. You can still return it after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy, within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Prepaid orders: If your cancellation is accepted, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the amount.

Cash on Delivery orders: No payment is taken before delivery, so there is nothing to refund. Please cancel before the order ships so it is not sent out.

Changes to an order

If you want to change the size, colour, address or phone number on an order, contact us before it ships. If the change cannot be made in time, we may ask you to cancel and place a new order.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock or no longer available
  • There is a pricing or product information error
  • Your payment fails or cannot be verified
  • We suspect fraud or misuse
  • The delivery address is outside our delivery area or cannot be serviced

If we cancel your order, you will be notified and any amount you paid will be refunded in full within 5-7 business days.

Refused or undelivered Cash on Delivery orders

If you refuse a COD order at the door or are repeatedly unreachable for delivery without a valid reason, we may restrict COD on future orders from that number or address.
